Beach House represents a refined home design realised by a bold expression of form derived from the plan functions and a palette of coastal materials. From the west orientated urban streetscape, the façade responds to privacy and solar constraints by way of sliding timber screens set within white vertical walls, horizontal concrete floor and roof elements in a two-level form. The two-level form boldly cantilevers towards the street over feature stone walls and glass entry.

Designed for modern living, each villa offers spacious interiors, ocean views, and oversized entertainment balconies, creating a perfect harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces. With a distinct coastal theme and a shared palette of materials, these villas celebrate the surrounding natural beauty while providing the ultimate in liveability and practicality.

Internally, textural changes, high ceilings and voids capturing light creates a variety of revealing spaces. The house sits effortlessly in the natural sand dune surrounds where inspiration for the home was born and realised.
