Clyda is a boutique coastal address designed as a private retreat for a small collection of residents. Set within the heart of Burleigh Heads, the building embraces its surroundings—capturing ocean breezes, natural light and a strong connection to the landscape—while offering a calm, elevated place to live, unwind and entertain.
Comprising three bespoke residences across four levels, Clyda moves away from the expected, instead expressing a quiet confidence through its materiality and form. Concrete and blockwork give the building a sense of permanence, while aluminium glazing softens the structure, opening each home to natural light and outlook. This balance continues throughout, where layered textures and considered detailing create spaces that feel both refined and deeply liveable.
Designed with flexibility in mind, each residence accommodates both intimate daily living and larger gatherings with ease. Generous living zones extend outward, while the rooftop terrace provides an additional setting for entertaining—framed by expansive views and coastal air. Across every level, the architecture supports a lifestyle that is as relaxed as it is intentional.
Clyda offers a rare combination of privacy, scale and connection—an understated yet enduring addition to the Burleigh Heads coastline.
