The property’s simplicity belies the complexity of its design, with off-form concrete presenting both challenges and stunning results. The generous size of the block allowed for a single-level layout, with an internal courtyard providing a peaceful retreat. Praised for its seamless integration with the surrounding environment, the Riviera house stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
